No! Absolutely no food or drink of any kind are allowed on any unit. It is recommended to have a trash can close and to have the individuals monitoring each unit remind the riders of this rule. Should something get spilled clean it up asap. If a unit is not clean when we pick it up a additional $100 charge could be added to the final cost of your event.

NO! No signs of any type are allowed to be attached to any any unit. No tape or sticky items are allowed on the unit. Tape and items like silly string severely damage a unit beyond repair and will result in the customer paying to fix or replace unit.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further away from a water source please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Pleas ensure outdoor locations are free of debris including, rocks, sand, sticks, pet feces etc.

It is always best to know where your underground utilities are so we do not hit any during setup. We use stakes that exceed industry norms to ensure safety for all our guests.

Absolutely!!

Having any type of inflatable helps make any event fun, but only if proper safety procedures are followed. Every unit will have safety rules posted and we will go through them with you before we bring the unit out, and again when we get there. You will also have to sign a rental agreement, agreeing to have an adult stand beside and monitor every unit you rent to ensure the rules are being followed.

Every unit is different. Some units only allow for 1 rider at a time, others can allow for up to 5-7. The rules can be found on the front of each unit, or contact us for any questions. It is extremely important that the ride is monitored so that there is not too many kids on the ride at once.

On average it takes 15-20 minutes per inflatable. If it is a bigger inflatable that has multiple units to connect together it may take a little longer.

For setup and tear down we generally will not need any help for most units. Our larger units we may need a little help. Any assistance with the units we bring would is greatly appreciated

We can setup on almost any surface. We need a level open area to setup. The area needs to be free of all debris  including  sand, rocks, sticks, dog feces. We will not setup on dirt, sand, gravel or rocks. Please let us know if we will be setting some place other than grass so we can prepare weights to secure the unit.

The amount of electricity depends on how many fans (blowers) are needed. We usually recommend no more than 2 fans per circuit. Please let us know in advance if you need a generator or extension chords

We will not allow units to go out if it is raining or wind over 15mph.

Rain can damage units, it does not take much wind to lift a inflatable off the ground making it dangerous for guests.
