Weather Policy
We cannot plan what the weather will do in advance for you event. Safety is our priority and this includes safety to you and your guest, plus the equipment being used.
We will allow you to cancel your rental 24 hours in advance without any charge. Your non refundable deposit will still be valid for up to 12 months after your planned event. If an event is not canceled before that time there will not be a refund, however you can use the credit anytime the next 12 months.
It is also very important to know that we reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time we feel the travel and weather is unsafe. If we feel weather could make travel unsafe or unsafe for your guests on our units, then we will make the decision to cancel the event and we will not bring any equipment. You will be given full credit for up to 12 months after your event.
ALL inflatables are to be deflated if the wind or wind guest are 20mph or more. It does not take much wind to make an inflatable dangerous. We understand some businesses may have a higher tolerance for wind, we always maintain it is better to be safe than take the chance of having a person injured. In the event of rain we ask that the all guests get off the units, and then the fans turned off, un plugged and place inside some place dry or covered.
